Coaching is my calling in life. I started coaching people in Martial Arts and Fitness at the age of 18, and I have been hooked ever since. It led me to study Sports Science and Psychology at University. I believe there is nothing more powerful than helping a person learn a skill, and gain self- awareness while being supported – that is why I love coaching. My focus as a coach is based on a holistic model supporting the mindset (through developing awareness, perspective and a value-based approach) along with a healthy lifestyle, individualized movement and optimized nutrition – this is what I call the four foundations of health.
